i have planted spring flower bulbs in the autumn last year but forgot what they are called, can i have some help please   Link doesn't work  there we go Anemone really?, i thought thats what it was but i think anemones grow to a certain height by Mel10

Tulip & Narcissus bulbs
Someone told me that it's possible to plant spring flowerin bulbs in aquatic pots and plant them in the Autumn then lift them out after flowering, leave them in a quiet corner to die down then repeat the process again.  Is this right or was someone by tattianna

.  Is this a good time time to empty the pots and how do I store the bulbs for replanting in the autumn? No. Bulbs need to be left alone for the leaves to turn brown naturally - a minimum of six weeks after flowering in the case of daffodils. If you don by Jante

Bulb question
Hi I planted some bulbs in last autumn. Being a novice I forgot to write down what they are. no flower has appeared and all I have aid what looks like a 2ft blade of grass.  Any ideas what this could be? Thanks   It could be a 2' blade of grass by Frozz

A bulb for all seasons
and then pots for summer, you can simply lift the spring bulbs after they've flowered and the folliage has died back, store them for autumn then plant your summer bulbs in the same pot. get plastic pots that fit inside your large one. Plant up one for spring by Tina Duffill

Tulips in Pots
I planted lots of bulbs in tubs and pots last autumn - tulips amongst them. I am wondering now whether to dig them out and replace them with fresh ones this year or leave them and hope they will flower again next spring. Some of the pots have other by wisehedgecrone

Allium Bulbs
in the ground ASAP as the bulbs will need water and they will grow - even if they may not flower, that will at least feed to bulb for next year. I would do something inbetween as i agree with both ames and blairs so i would pot em on in pots and compost by Louise Matthews

Daffodils and Tulips - what to do as they fade?

I have a collection of Allium bulbs in pots until I have the right spot for them. Can I move them in flower? Yes if you're careful - as far as I'm aware the biggest danger would be the physical one of snapping the flowering stem.  Otherwise just dig by Sam Glendinning
