Blue Butterfly

I would like to know the name of this small butterfly seen yesterday and what it would feed on? Small blue butterfly is probably a Holly Blue. it feeds on Holly flowers and forgetme nots and lays its eggs on Ivy, Holly, and brambles which by jaries

Anemone wild swan

Planted anemone wild swan earlier this year and it is now flowering. Blue behind and pure white flowers with yellow centre. Looks. Fantastic. It was the star of Chelsea in 2011. Anyone else growing this? by christopher2

Hydrangea Soil PH?

I've just bought a Hydrangea Koria plant which has small white flowers which Ill be planting in a large pot. Am i correct in thinking if i don't get the soil PH correct then the flowers may change to pink or blue? I'm fairly certain that white by LeadFarmer

Trying to replace a shrub but unable to find the name of it.

We used to have a wonderful shrub but it seemed to just outgrow it's self. It was silver leafed, kept the leaves all year and had small, quite vivid blue flowers at the leaf joints along the stems. It flowered almost all year round and grew by Dorisduck

Rusty patches on Muscari Big Blue

Muscari should be dying back now, so what is happening is probably quite normal. It'll be back next spring. Thanks for your reply but that is the smaller spring bulb I am refering to Muscari 'Big Blue' which is much bigger and flowers in late summer by Rosa4
