tulips not flowering..
them blooming. If they were planted quite late in autumn, then this could also have stopped them flowering well. I live in Yorkshire and we planted new red and white tulip bulbs along with blue muscari in all our village tubs, planters and hayracks by gardenfantic

Who knows there's a yellow santolina?
would do any good here with my wet clay. Is it a pale delicate yellow or a an in your face colour? Hiya joslow. Well I love it ...I guess it's butter yellow. Not too pale. The linum is bright blue, blows in wind and long flowering. Hiya Verdun by Verdun

Buddleja Identification
grow quite a bit taller unpruned, up to 13 feet. Only problem is that mine is blue not purple. It is called Nanho Blue.  Sounds like my Lochinch. Flowers are a lilac/blue colous and pretty grey leaves. Thanks for all those suggestions. I might take a by Lizzie27

I also planted Morning Glory ( heavenly blue) on an east facing wall in june and have had an array of flowers each morning, which died off by early afternoon. But i now have also got the same problem of tatty, naked foliage, yellow, withering leaves by Anonymous

Pruning lavender and rosemary

iris problem
Last weekend a beautiful vivd blue flower on a small iris (don't know type) and today the flowers are curled inwards, leaves have holes in them,but no sign of damage to the rhizome except that it is not hard. What is causing this, will it be a by campervangran

they flower??? Thanks. It can be hit and miss as to whether you get a second flush - depends on the weather.  Some varieties will self seed, others (F1s) are often sterile.  I've grown seeds from some of mine (parents were all blue) and got a mixture by Oakley Witch

Dwarf buddleia blue chip
in the spring when first growth comes through, to about 6 inches from soil. Dead head flowers regularly so to promote second flush of flowers. I was tempted by Blue Chip but I've bought so many new plants these past months that i decided not to. It looks very by Bleeding Heart
