Chicken Coop

Weatherproofing Wood
I have some pallet planks & posts to build my first composter ? What paint do I use to stop the wood rotting over the years As the pallets are usually free I've not bothered to paint mine and eventually as they rot they will end up as part by NewBoy2

Low wall - straight onto soil?
Hi! I have sufficient old crazy paving slabs (ex council) to build a low wall, no more than 4 slabs high. This will act as the front of a rose bed and whilst it will do a limited amount of soil retaining, I am confident it won't need mortar by Barry Hayter
