When do I plant Dutch Iris bulbs?
When is the right time to plant my newly purchased Dutch Iris bulbs? I checked online but I am confused by the info given.It said plant in early autumn or early spring ,but some of my bulbs are showing signs of sprouting so my instinct is to plant by lilysilly

Right, I thought you plant them, they produce flowers, you take off the dead heads, feed and the foliage sucks up the grub and the bulb gets the energy to give next years growth and more importantly flowers. Now, my mum says only botanical tulips by BrummieBen

Feeding Bulbs That Have Gone Over

Can I move bulbs now?
I've just started to dig out a border that will be having a major face lift as we have to put in new trellis panels and remove some old electric lighting. I've noticed some hyacinth and some other bulbs have appeared and wondered if they would be ok by Jean R

Too late to plant Tulip/Daff bulbs?
Ive got quite a few Tulip & Daffodil bulbs left over that I didnt get around to planting last Autumn. They have been stored indoors in a cardboard box, and are in good condition. Is it too late to plant them out into tubs? If so, will they keep till by LeadFarmer

Elin, do you mean daffodil bulbs that have not been planted and have sprouted in the pack? The answer is yes. You won't get much this year but they may recover and grow well next year. If your going to plant them and leave them there for ever by elin reeve
