Dried up Tulip bulbs
Hi, How viable are my Tulip bulbs if they are dried up and shrivelled? Is there anything I can do? Unfortunately I couldn't plant them out last year so spent a season in storage. Your advice will be much appreciated. Sorry to say I don't think they by Virago

I planted hundreds of bulbs in a meadow in Nov/Dec. the meadow has a few inches of top soil but is solid clay underneath.Due to all the rain recently the area has been sodden - will this rot the bulbs or will they survive?Any idea anyone?!... And by Chelmsford Man

I naturalised bulbs in my lawn several years ago. A couple of years ago we started to alter the front garden and where the bulbs were was where all the rubbish was put and even a bonfire. Now we have laid a new lawn and just the other day several by donutsmrs

starting gladioli bulbs
In last night's episode of GW, Monty briefly referred to starting summer-flowering bulbs in pots now. I think he said to transplant around end of April. I wonder if anyone can expand on this? Would it be a good way to start gladioli bulbs, rather by Vinery_Steve

Hi, I'm a new kid on the block so to speak although I was a member many years ago. I have been given a bag of 50 daff and narcissus bulbs, they are still firm and have a sprout at their tips.  Is it safe to plant these, or will they rot. I don by brockley

GROWING BULBS IN POTS FOR PLANTING OUT IN SPRING
I have decided to plant my spring flowering bulbs in pots because the squirrels keep digging them up.  Can I leave the pots in the greenhouse or do they need to be outside (protected from pests)?  Also when I have bought already flowering bulbs by LynneC2

will fare better, I think. in the past 30 years reno has gone from a cool zone 5 to a cool zone 7 still cold for the uk but an enormous change here-the weather has also seemed to become more stable particularly in the last five years-in my experience bulbs by david spikes

Wedding: container trees and bulbs
My daughter is getting married on April 12th 2014 and has suggested a tree or a few trees in pots to decorate the church and reception venue. Help! What do I plant to look great on that date? I thought some pots of bulbs would look lovely but need by Penny Steward
