numbers of buff-tailed bumblebees establishing colonies over winter. And one of the best plants for bumblebees is red clover, so if you could grow some in a pot or let areas of your lawn go unmowed for a few weekd in summer you'll have loads of bumbles by happymarion_

nippy. i to have 1 of thoses bumblebee nests and i havent got any nesting in it however my dad drilled some holes in a log for me and tied a piece of rope to it,i hung it up and within days i had some kind of bee [leafcutter i think] nesting in all by i grown my own

indoor? I think there is a bumblebee nest in my compost. Do I have to leave it alone or can I move it? hi vixThere is no organic way to get rid of wasps. However, they do not return to the same nest every year so the problem will be over when autumn comes by Anonymous
