alive, with mixed success. I overwatered both my Christmas cactus and Phalaenopsis orchid which resulted in their flowers dropping, although the plants themselves are still alive but I have killed one dragon tree through under-watering! Successes by Callum

-of-beads has actually been over-watered. This could also explain the demise of your previous plant. As a succulent, it has organs for storing water within its leaves, enabling it to survive without water in periods of drought. Your plant will cope with being by Saraswati Patel

Mother in Law's Tongue
the heating is on.Thanks a lot for any advice. Tim Hi Tim, mothers in law's tongue is part of the succulent family. It's a bit cold for them be them outside, they are indoor plants really, although they do like being outside in the summer. I would say by TimS

lemon yellow with a faint pink blemish on the tips of the petals. its a stunning plant and looks like a cactus variety of some sort,i just wish i could show you... I don't have a two faced dahlia but last year I had a two faced echinacea, just one bloom by Darren

Talkback: Watering greenhouse plants
in plastic trays which I keep moist. They are certainly drinking up the water now. I have put my large garden umbrella over some of my pots outside to shade them a bit, and all my succulents are in the shade under a huge Bramley apple tree. It does make a by scruff

Help - pricing toms
and have their first flowers formed. The little toms stand 20cm above the pot. They are all cherry toms and I have about 30 of each to sell. I will also be selling house plants mainly succulents, africian violets and dragon trees. What do you think by Daintiness

underground slugs
to do and very effective. They saved most of our crops this year which was the Year of the Slug! Certainly a big slug year here and I can see them eating veg and other succulent leaves. It's the extent of the shrub eating that surprises me. I am very by Sarah Garrett

Scented flowers
