What is eating my bergenias?

Talkback: Cleaning out bird boxes
Cleaned out our 2 boxes just now. Revealed the tragedy of the sodden Spring and early Summer. The remains of a Blue Tit brood in one and the remains of a Great Tit brood in the other. Not enough caterpillars to keep them alive - the different stages by smflyman

Aubergines being eaten
put pots of marigold all round it but this morning more of the leaves had been eaten. I'm worried it might start on my pepper and tomatoe plants next which are in the same grow bag Caterpillars are the most likely as that is the way they feed.  Look by lucy33

okay there is more than likely a place on here for this somewhere. And will be an ansewer to it l have just found a catapiller that looks like a twig can anyone tell me what this could be. I think there is more than one type of caterpillar by COATSWORTH

Cotoneaster spiders
experienced anything similar? The webs may be from moth caterpillars - they are very well camouflaged, which is why you won't have seen them. They will eventually kill the parts of the shrub that they keep festooning with webs. There's no organic control, I by BikeryDave
