Instructions from start to finish on foxglove flowers
glad they did. Now my fruit trees have fruits on them. Last year the fruit trees did not have any fruit on them. This year I can honestly say the trees are very full of fruit. But can anyone tell me if cat or animals get hurt by this plant? Lots by Sam1024

Neighbours dogs - my plant pots!
solution might be to put something very strong-smelling where they are marking - I've no idea if garlic would work, but it might be worth a try. On the electronic front, I would try a cat scarer - dogs hear in the same range, so it should work against them by Dinah

Living Walls
or paved you can grow them in pots. You could also hang pots on the walls. Or what about this, see link http://www.greengardener.co.uk/product.asp?id_pc=16&cat=14&id_product=343 by chrissieB

Growing potatoes in bags - Advice.
A warning ! Yesterday morning my wife called me outside into the garden wanting to show me something she had noticed. Whilst looking through the kitchen window she had seen the head and shoulders of Smudge, a stray cat we are taking care by GarryH

Talkback: Magpies and mice
Reply to magpie-haters: I understand people not liking these birds. I'm protected from a lot of this dislike because I have cats that do their own fair share of song-bird destruction and in London I think the magpies are mainly scavengers rather by suelynmo

Talkback: New Year resolutions for the garden
was not good for me and the garden as we had a very boisterous dog and a bird loving cat staying with us for the whole summer ! I also was unwell for a time and the garden was neglected. This year will be different. I intend to be out there as much as I can by happymarion2

Tulip bulbs in pots
- they need to be treated as one-off displays. If they were the plainer tulips though, the chances are that you will be OK. Thanks for the advice. I'll try hanging them in the shed. I,ve got two cats so hopefully the mice won't get a look in. I'll try them by Flower girl2
