I ahev 3 cats a British Blue  who was given to me as he has a curly tail so couldnt have a pedigree. Hes called Grendle after the monster in Beowolf as he is a monster. What he lacks in brains he makes up in brawn. just a thu g really. My other 2 by Maud is in the garden

Plants called "Austin"

Strawberry Plants and Fruit bushes - weed control
is that the slugs and birds seem to get most of the strawberries and the every cat in the neighbourhood seems to see my raised beds as the local toilets, which means that the kids cant go and pick the fruit as I am worried they will stand in cat mess. I by NJJ272

New house, new lawn, mushroom hell!!!!
Did you lay the lawn or did you buy it already laid? Is it seeded or turfed? Can you be a bit more specific, Cat? It was laid by the people who buil he house. It was turf and not well laid. I've tried to ask them about it but it was a contractor by Cat77

Dog fouling on lawn and in the soil
Each day I find dog mess either at the front of my garden on the footpath or on the lawn or in the soil itself. Can anything be done about it? I never see the dog(s). If you are sure that dogs are the problem, have a look at the sonic cat scarers by Musical Cricketer

,Problem is I now have to sit in garden to keep the cats from eating the food,I have used a old peat bag with straw and paper inside but don't think they are using it , maureen ,cambridge I have one in my garden that we feed with cat food. It also has a regular by rowena2188@yahoo.com
