tulips losing their heads
?  definetely birds. You will often see eaten yellow crocuses whilst the purple ones are left untouched Pigeons fighting/mating (hard to tell the difference!) around here. Do you have any cats in the garden?   One of my neighbours cats has a penchant for tulips by bcosergio

Compost Heap
hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbits and ive always put the stuff in the compost bin. Mix it well in with all the green compost. Never had any rats. I  have 3 cats which bring in plenty of mice that come from the lady next door who has chickens. Lennie is a by Trish3

best way to get rid of rats
hi not sure if this is the right forum. i have rats nesting in the soil of my polytunnel, i know theres poison but with kids and dogs id rather try other ways. ive written on other garden forums with a few answers but most of them saying get a cat by eggox

hybrid tea rose "Tiffany"
Have sadly lost my cat and i am trying to find a hybrid tea rose called Tiffany to plant in her memory. does anyone know where i can get one? I've searched Google for you - it appears that there is no stockist of Tiffany in the UK - it's available by Claire 16

what you find when out walking
at us,(good job it was a little way off) I indicated we better move slowly but with haste out of sight into the lane ,make what you will but I think it might of been  a big cat and not your domestic feline type,and I haven't seen anything like it since by flowering rose

was carp. the only thing that i could think of was a heron came and that put them in. I also had a cat that liked fishing. She spoiled my sons' science project by managing to get her paws under the netting I had put over an old tin bath that my sons had by Galya Mcfarlane

someone told me to put fishing line around the pond. about a foot in hight around the pond. well i have not seen the heron fore along time now. but just to make sure i got a cat. i don't see it at all now. i have still got the fishing line there. you never by joey woosey

, but I suspect that such widescale damage is an animal of some sort, possibly a cat, dog or squirrel. It's not common, but animals can sometimes get strange obsessions. Stripped stems won't survive, so you may as well trim them down to ground level; new by SNAPDRAGON63
