Tree advice

 i will try those cheesey ed 4 David Austin is the best place to go for roses. Iceberg is striking if white will work in with your scheme. Maybe plant some asparagus in your raised beds, yummy. For the arch I would choose Rosa Zephirine Drouhin.  I have had by cheesey ed 4

Only Three
If everybody was only allowed to have three plants what would you choose mine would be in order 1 Fuchsia 2 Clematis 3 Primrose. Hellebores, Salvias and geraniums Salvias, Verbena Bons and Geums. Dahlias, Clematis and delphiniums   Clematis, Dahlia by Andy19

Ideas for honeysuckle and jasmine support - and scent!
with the scent of one of the honeysuckles though. Just on rare evenings, when the sun has been just right! I have planted several more & get no scent from them at all though, really annoyingly. So you have to choose the right variety, I'm afraid mine was already by happycottontail

dahlias for cut flowers
,pon pon mix,jane,purple haze,garden wonder,omega, thanks I grow over 100 dahlias in the ground and in pots. All dahlias are, by definition, great cut flowers.  You could choose the varieties with your eyes closed and you wouldn't go far wrong! Go by cody smith

Choosing a damson tree
We want to plant a damson tree this autumn in our woodland garden. It will get plenty of sun in the planned position. We don't want it to grow too large, but we are hoping for a prolific fruiter with good flavour  for jam-making, crumbles, damson by wisehedgecrone
