Talkback: Common daisy
. Who was it said a weed is a plant in the wrong place! I just bought common daisy seeds for my lawn from Naturescape.co.uk as it is time consuming transplanting the daisies to new areas suffering from grass monoculture syndrome. I think the commom daisy by donnabbc

Look like common-or-garden dasies. No I don't think so, the leaves look wrong  and the colour is too varied - but I'm struggling to think what they are  Common-or-garden daisies have different foliage. See here: http://bit.ly/MwO7cW My best guess by Johnboy2

When is it too late to a plant pot or root ball laurel hedge?
Hi all I'm about to buy 17 potted or root balled young common laurel plants (I have read that bare roots are more at risk of loosing their leaves through shock). If I cannot get them into the ground this week, they may have to wait for another four by Daisy Jane

and besides I use the leaves in a salad sometimes. I agree - along with buttercups and daisies were the first flowers to make an impact on me as a child and still like them. As a gardener, you are expected to want to eradicate all dandelion growth, on site. I by Richard Jones

bigger leaves than the old one so new varieties are on sale too. They are a delicacy to some Chinese  so their common name is the Chinese Apricot and the Japanese roast and salt the seeds like we do peanuts and serve them in bars as a preventative by Daniel Haynes
