conifer
When cutting down a conifer, should you get rid of all the needles that fall onto the ground or do they compost back into the ground.  For some reason my conifer has died, (been there some time) but not sure why, so am in the process of cutting by nanna26

Diseased conifer
I have five corkscrew shaped conifers, all in various places in my garden. All of them to a degree have dry dead patches from the middle to the top. Can any body suggest what is wrong? They may have conifer aphid. Since there is no issue by Robin3

conifer
Can anyone advise me of a suitable small &slow growing conifer for pots, which will regrow from brown wood after pruning / frost damage .? I doubt that such a conifer exists-if it has gone brown it is like to regenerate green growth by Wendy7

20ft screen/conifer ideas please
mtr high, evergreen and fairly fast growing. I considered Leylandii, but from what I have read they do not stop growing at 20ish feet, and I would not be able to trim a 20ft hedge/tree. I suppose I am looking for conifers that stop growing when by Maria HOWARD

Moving conifers?
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to move 3-4 metre high conifers to another place, I understand that the root base needs to be left as complete as possible, but would they continue to grow after moving. Thank you in advance. Stevie by Sunset
