Reference Index for GW magazine
?  What would be really useful is a fully indexed guide to features, articles and information that previous copies of GW mags contain.  Does anyone know if such a thing exists - either online or hard copy. Thanks for any help you can provide.  CharlieNI I by CharlieNI

Winter hanging baskets
is trailing ivy?   What combinations look good?   Living in the north east it can get very cold, but I would love some brightness in the garden. My garden faces south and the baskets would be on the south facing wall, any tips or avice.   Many thanks, Tina I by Tina_i_am

Growing blueberries
I have several blueberry bushes growing in pots of ericaceous soil.  I am thinking of digging a trench in the garden and filling it with this kind of compost in an effort to give them a proper 'home'.  Has anyone tried this before? - and does by babsagain

I am planning to plant 2 trees in my garden. First question pot or in the ground. My plan was to put them into pots sunk in the ground a little and then surround pots with stones so that Ican put containers round them. I only have a small garden by Len Port
