peach leaf curl
My peach tree is laden with fruit. It is sited on a south wall. Unfortunately I have just had to pick 67 leaves off due to peach leaf curl.  Is it safe to spray with copper fungicide with the fruit on, or has someone got a good alternative.  Help by valerieroberts

Damping off
it, I think health and safety have gone mad again! Does anyone know what we can use instead?     Copper sulpate is still available.which is basically what Cheshunt was. No longer allowed to be sold as a fungicide, but can be bought (I am told) in Wine by mumbrister

What is wrong with my apple tree?
the ones which fall. The spores come from them to re-infect the tree. There are no Fungicides for amateur use, but, if you can get it, copper sulphate sprayed on the bark from early Spring can help. Also make sure that air can circulate round the trees by Bluebell16

Cobea- rotting
be damping off, too. To prevent that, reduce watering and improve air circulation - difficult indoors, I know. Are you using sterile compost? If not, try a copper fungicide drench on what you do use. Also, try opening up the compost with perlite, and only by kate1123

has a gas leak killed my euonymous
on the leaves of the healthy parts? If there are brown spots with grey centres, it could be Anthracnos, a fungal disease.  Treatment for that is to remove all affected leaves and branches and spray with a copper-based fungicide.  It could also be being killed by caliph

-organic pesticides or insecticides under any circumstances. I admire their doggedness and principles, and feel just a tad guilty every time I reach for my glyphosate or fungicide.  I'm sorry but there is a growing body of scientists who believe they have evidence by Pamela14

blight is nigh impossible to control, but you could spray preventatively with a copper based fungicide next time around! Thanks for the advice Pippa - all plants now binned. Can the compost be spread on the flower beds or is it too contaminated? The next by marybakers

Talkback: Potato blight and Bordeaux Mixture
I've used Bordeaux mixture but not Dithane simply because GO reluctantly recommend it as the fungicide of last resort. I'm never happy about using it though.I've also tried Sarpo Mira and Axona varieties - they're phenomenonly resistant to blight by Green Horn

post a photo? Whether you've got a fungal or bacterial problem, spraying now isn't going to help the already-infected foliage. If you have unaffected foliage, spraying will help against infection. That Bayer product seems to be copper-based, one by John Reynolds
