white flower, and also has the same foliage. This morning glory is white with a red circle at the top of the flower. The owner loves it, but is sad the flower only opens in the morning. Do you know why this is so? She would love to see the flower open by S lambert

decorative pots
but won't be damaged by frost. My patio faces South East so it is full sun until 4pm.   I used to have a lot of pots but started to cut them down because of the watering but I have been given this pot by a friend who is a frequent visitor so I can't just by pansy2

what to plant NOW !
with drawing and re drawing my garden, ill take a wander tomorrow and see whats growing already in my local garden centre . whats good for cut flowers apart from dahlias , i really like high scented plants too ?? any suggestions  Dutch Iris ,gladioli,if you by kerri

pruned it exactly according to the instructions from the Gardeners World. Normally it is so prolific that the new tendrils hae to be cut down before its late summer pruning - but there are no new shoots and some of the leaves are turning yellowwhich by Ruffy

in the long term, being on hand to pollinate flowers and increase your yields. You could try to encourage them to move elsewhere by buying or making a bumblebee nest box, adding some cut grass and moss to it, and placing it nearby, under a hedge or alternative by dippy8

I was so pleased to see your blog, have obviously had leafcutter bees, but I didnt know! I too love seeing leaf cutter and other solitary bees, though I have only seen one female and no cut leaves in my garden in Northumberland this year. I presume by lucorum
