How to grow a nectarine in a pot inside an unheated greenhouse?
I have a nectarine in a large plastic pot in compost which has never flowered yet which is about 3 years old.  I have cut all the stems off but kept 3 main stems but only get leaves and more leaves.  Does anyone have some tips to pass on about how by Susan Alexander

Clematis flowering problems
you cut them back you should cut stems at differnet levels to get flowers all the way up. They should be plated with at least 3ins of soil on top so I guess as you are re=planting them you could do that. Secret is to plant as deep as you can if in a by Leigh2

what do u do with hyacinth bulbs when theyve finished flowering? cut off the stems or not? I am in the middle of trying two methods,you can either leave in the ground over winter,after flowering let the foliage die down ,and then cut back.They dont by Amanda 3

8inches or so, nip any flower off, take at least 8 of them have a pot ready with a mix of sand and compost and poke the cuttings round the edge of the pot about half the cutting in. I didnt put a bag over them I made sure they were damp and left them by 4711

cutting hydranga
Hi again,today i bought a Blaumeise Hydranga, the one that has a flatish flower not the round one, its about 20" high and in good nick,now is it ok to take cuttings of it now and how ,into water or straight into pots etc not done it before by 4711

Is my Lavender dying
Hi I have a French Lavender plant and its been looking great, but lately since it has flowered it is looking slightly limp.  Looking at the plant the centre is looking as though it is dying and black. I did think of cutting it back but not sure what by Chris9
