bluebells
special day.   You'd have to pot some up and bring them under cover before the event. Timing would be tricky but Chelsea gardeners have mastered the art of flowering plants at the wrong time. Have you ever cut blubells for arrangements? Mine have always by andrea 4

Can I prune an espalier apple tree in winter?
Hi. I am new here & not all all the most green fingered person you will ever meet. I have moved into a house recently & the garden has a 2 tier espalier apple tree which seems reasonably well established & bore a lot of healthy apples last year by volvos60s60

Re-design
such as mulching and cutting down on the amount of garden waste we create as a nation (this option would reduce the weight of the mower because you wouldn't be carrying any grass cuttings around in a box on the mower)cutting close to trees, ponds, flower beds by luke browning

Dogwood Cuttings
back, later this Spring, then I'd also use some of those bits as cutting material as well. So 2X the chance of success. BTW I use the longer stems of mine as a woven support around a peony & some taller herbaceous plants. Spotted this at a NTrust garden by Jammy2

Can I train a rambling rose over an arch?
i was given a rooted cutting of an unnamed but rather lovely red rambler and, three or four years later, it is beginning to take off. I planted it next to a cheap metal garden arch and it is now throwing out long shoots which need to be tied up by Gardening Grandma

Wisteria - knots and rot
Hi there Just bought a house with an amazing wisteria covered pergola in the garden.  During pruning in winter it exposed massive knots/warty lumps and also some areas of rotting. Are these life threatening to the plant?  Should they be cut out?  We by Buntylicious
