Crocosmia Lucifer deadheading
and brown, and I'm wondering exactly how I should  deadhead them.  Thanks.  I remove the seed heads to allow the goodness to go back into the bulbs and then wait until the foliage dies off, which can then be easily removed. Much the same as you would do by mazzycheshire

Talkback: How to deadhead lilies
the great advice. We still have a great display of lillies in our pots. I am deadheading regularly. What next? When should I cut them down and what do I do with them over the winter? do lillys only flower once ? I have three tubs of lillys two tubs by bellamick

Do I need to deadhead Begonias?
I know for most of you this is probably a silly question but do I need to deadhead Begonias I have in hanging baskets? Also what about Fuchsias? Thank you all I find the forum so informatative and entertaining   Just snip off the dead flowers by Bev Pounsett-Krynauw

How do you dead-head roses?
When you dead-head do you just cut the head off or do you go down to the last leaf or new bud?  Thank you If there are a group of buds together then just remove the flower and its stalk. If there is only one flower, then cut it down to the nearest by Julie J

? There doesn't seem to be much info about these amazing plants and I'm not sure that I should be snipping away. Does anyone else have any experience? I've never deadheaded mine, as I only usually do that to my annuals, and this is a shrub really. I hope someone by rosesgrowonyou

I made up some garden tubs with this display three year,s back. As you say keep deadheading the daisy,s and they last for weeks. by oldgreenfingers

Iris Pallida variegata
Hi, I have some variegated iris's that are on the verge of finishing flowering, I'm not sure if I dead head or leave them to die back, will they flower again this year or is that it? You can deadhead to tidy, but there will be no more flowers from by notgreenfingers2

Verbena Bonariensis
I have a new VB which has done really well. Lots of flowers, height and spread. It is still in flower now, but the flowers are beginning to go. Can I just cut the plant down? or should I keep deadheading it? Thankyou I think you're best waiting till by Captain Pugwash
