advice: tomato leaf spots
interfere with the plant absorbing magnesium. If you have been feeding it, stop for a while. Good old Epsom Salts is the best source of a dose of magnesium. Before you water next time, sprinkle a couple of tsps of ES onto the soil, scratch it in gently by Heather 3

Beans in April in Victoria  Australia, I have been growing them for a few years and was told to water the seeds in with Epsom Salts it seem to work all the seeds came up. I also keep my own seeds for planting next year, My own seeds seem germinate more by oldchippy

into them and added neat epsom salts, it seems to be working and rotting down the wood I've certainly not seen any new sprouts thats for sure. However this line is against next doors fence I'm not sure what she has on the other side, and is exactly where we by Moonlit Hare

beans and runner beans are free of bugs. What I want to know is where are all the ladybirds that used my garden as a 4 star hotel all winter and then disappeared just when I needed them?! My runner beans are also black with aphids! Did I read about epsom by delmonte

but I read the other day in the Gardeners World magazine that "yellowing between the veins on tomatoe leaves is caused by Magnesium deficiency. Spray foliage with a diluted solution of Epsom salts." Hi Tappet. I'm not quite up to date with my GW mag by Gard

for the Bee, after all the Bee does so much for us. Hi Kate our local park (nonsuch park) is managed jointly by Epsom & Ewell/Sutton councils it is left to wildlife with just the paths cut ,We also have Warren farm now owned by The woodland trust,in all about by donutsmrs

swears by a good feed of diluted Epsom Salts for her wisteria, I think twice a year. She also gets it pruned quite hard and it is absolutely full of the most heavenly scented, long racemes! Alan Titchmarsh a couple of years ago in the magazine came up by Louise

deficiency probably of magnesium which can be remedied by sprinkling a pinch of Epsom Salts (from your chemist) around the base and watering it well in.john w. - If you buy some liquid seaweed plantfood from your garden supplier it will help setting by Baby Dragon
