difficult spot - shade wise!
arum lilies will love it there too. Shrubs like skimmia. Sarcoccoca....fantastic winter scent....is lovely evergreen. Daphne's and hydrangeas will do,well there. You,could have a very attractive, low maintenance foliage and flower area there of interest by jmeds

Long, thin, narrow strip to plant up...
long is nice! I like mixture of grasses, shrubs and perennials for year round show. Plus seasonal bulbs. Hellebores, one of my favourites, are fantastic value and evergreen. Consider companion shapes as well as companion colours. Enjoy the planning by Wildcosmos

Climber to cover large wall
, are all non-clinging and will need support - a lot of support all over the wall and wire is expensive. I also think you need to go for an evergreen or for most of the year you will be looking at the bare wall. Self clinging climbers and evergreens by Dom

Can i grow clematis in a trough?
are very greedy plants that like a deep root run and plenty of food and water in good quality compost. Clematis also look pretty drab for 6 months of the year unless you go for an evergreen and they tend to get bigger than the 2m you want.    Why by O Osborne

coverup climber wanted
twiner, so likes a drainpipe. Evergreen too, which may be a bonus. Jasmine's much the same sort of size if grown in a pot and shouldn't mind baking. Might get a waft in your window too! I thought Sollya heterophylla is frost tender ?- RHS site says by debanslow

what to do with shaded area by fence
is owned by the council so we cannot make use of that space help .. any suggestions would be great! I would put the growhouse in the sunnier side of the garden.  It could help hide the tatty green fence along with some shrubs or maybe some climbers by djjjuk
