.com. Just keep an eye on the homepage! I too love putting my tender succulents out for the summer - gives an exotic feel to the garden even if the weather is cloudy like now. A friend gave me an echivaria called "Blue Frills" last year which is spectacular by happymarion

Talkback: A gardeners' visit to Madeira
I saw a poinsettia plant in Nairobi over fourteen feet high in full flower. It was glorious but then my Clematis montana is too, climbing over my garage roof. I agree, Pippa, it's lovely to see the exotics but the real thrill is what we can grow by Tammy McLeod

especially midwinter with snow on the ground (and branches) to see a flock of bright green parakeets flash by is an incredibly odd sight! The urban legends surrounding these birds is almost as exotic! With rumors that they are from those that escaped Pinewood by oldchippy

Does anyone know what this is?
the tops they tend to end up with all the growth at the top and half a metre of bare trunk underneath.  They are quite hardy, even though the flowers look exotic.  The flowers come in various shades, from white through pink, purple and lavender blue.  They by Mattbeer87

North Facing Front Garden
of the day. I have considered planting it up with a variety of ferns, hostas and mahonia giving it an exotic style look combined with a shrubbery. Would these plants be ok in this sort of position and has anybody got any other suggestions to add a bit by sarahandrob

, and if they are near you try Lidl or Wilkinson, they are very cheap unlike others, two quid for basics. As for T&M always had trouble germinating any off their exotics or Hellebore seeds! I always buy my sweet peas from Kings seeds as I too like to support local by LeadFarmer
