Alliums
Hi my alliums have finished flowering I think, do you cut them down or leave them standing, mine are in a tub? Like most bulbs, I'd leave them to die down naturally so that the goodness goes back into the bulb. Also a good feed is what I give mine by Bee friendly

Camelia
My camelia did not flower this year and the leaves are yellow green.  I am feeding it, but to no avail.  Any ideas what the problem is? Hi Rosebud there was a questionnaire about this a couple of weeks ago - I have just bumped it up to the top by Rosebud4

Hellebores - when to feed
choice. Some of mine have looked a bit lacklustre this year, so will try giving them a bit of tlc. Chicky, yes that's fine but I prefer dried manure. Hellebores are one of those plants that repay good feeding with good flowers. The rain over past by chicky

Tulips in Pots
plants in them for year round interest; others just had the tulip bulbs in. Foolishly I didn't feed them after they finished flowering. Any advice? Thank you! The bad news is that they are very hit and miss, some varieties come back some just produce by wisehedgecrone

feeding the ground??
of these on now i think and some in spring?? Not really-any feed apply now will wash through into the soil with the winter rains and be ineffective. Winter time is the time to dig in organic matter -manure compost and the like-you apply feed at planting time by pico

Should my bargain do this?
it, or plant it out, and add some bonemeal. When plants outgrow their pots the flowers often fall over. It's probably root-bound. It does look like an Oenothera I've repotted it in some good compost and given it a feed but it still wants to hang down by Robot

SPOTS ON TOMS?
when I fertilise. Which isn't that often. T Norris wrote (see) Thanks for your comments, much appreciated. The actual tan coloured spots look to have a 'hard matt' finish and yes I did give the plants a foliage feed with a soluble fertiliser. I wonder by T Norris

Liquid feed that doesn't burn leaves?
feed in June and a diluted comfrey feed in August but both of them burnt the leaves of the plants and left them looking terrible.  Any other ideas?  Or should I just stick with the seaweed or comfrey but dilute them much more than recommended?  Any by Lunarz
