Flowers
What a nice show. I think the garden has enjoyed the rain this year more than the gardener has. My dahlias are looking good and a lavatera hasn't stopped flowering since June. by Strewberry

Flowering quince
Hi, I'm looking for a flowering quince to plant on a north-facing wall. I am looking for a thornless variety as I have a young child. Someone has suggested the 'Storm' range but has anyone any idea where I can get these from?  Or has anyone else got by holbops

Hellebore in flower
I have some hellebores in a south facing bed of clay.  Normally this is baked solid in the summer but with this wet weather could it have caused the hellebores to flower out of season?  The have had new flowers in amidst the seed heads all summer.... by Caroline6

Flower ID
Hi all, Any idea what this plant is?  I have several growing and they came in a 'bee and butterfly' mix I planted about 3 years ago.  To my surprise they come up again from the same rootstock rather than self-seeding.  The flowers look a little like by BobTheGardener

Moving flowers...
I planted seedlings of Bellis, Sweet William and foxglove in a nursery bed last year to over winter with the intention of planting them into the flower bed this year. They look healthy, although the bellis have holes in their leaves, I thought by Zoomer44
