What to do with dead flowers/Tulips/Daffodils

What is this brown leaved plant with yellow flower
Hello, does anyone know what this perennial plant is please?  It forms a clump similar to Phlox and has chocolate coloured deep veined leaves with very delicate yellow flowers.  Many thanks. Is it Lysimachia? Not sure it's lysimachia. I have by janet2802

Using plastic non heated propagators for flower seeds
answered it perfectly. Thankyou ! I have about 30 plastic propegators with flower seeds in them, sitting in our dining room, south facing infront of the patio doors. The last three years running I put the propegators directly into my three plastic walk by Wendy Coulson

Can you give me some advice on Passion Flowers?

Prunus Kanzan (flowering cherry) going brown
