scaredy cat plant, does it work
of fox, so I'm hoping they keep rabbits at bay. They root very easily, so one or two plants would provide quite a lot quickly I bought the cat scarer that is a bit of black metal in the shape of a cat with marble eyes it was a waste of money. My son by notgreenfingers2

Keeping Cats off My Veg Patch
and will last longer than chiili or curry powder. You will of course have to top it up in warm weather I do not have any domestic animals but the neighbour has 2 that use my garden as their loo. I tried the lion dung to deter the foxes but to no avail by donutsmrs

CATS
but does need topping up regularly for full effect. I dont seem to have this problem where cats are concerned -[they mostly bury what they do]  My problem is with Foxes Poo ! Any Ideas on dealing with this they seem to leave it on Patio and grass by belinda

: moles, rabbits, foxes, badgers, pigeons, pheasants, a heron, and this year, a stray peacock. I'd just like to have a bit less! Mind you, we do have red squirrels, so I suppose it's not all bad! No ladybirds, but lots of bees and at long last some by susan howard2

Grass snake in the pond HELP !
, though. Hi flo Bear I am a bit concerned about what my neighbours may be using to deter slugs. There are hollows under my fences where foxes have dug to make a corridor and we had a badger who visited last year. So the garden is dog proof but not hedgehog by Bored with Bindweed !

Horse Manure in a Vegan Garden

wildlife in the city
shift and you would get if the windows were left open beautiful moths ,they were all sizes and colours and I have not seen any since.We also of course had owls and foxes and in the early hours of dawn we often saw deer on the lawn and nearer the house by flowering rose

Help with creating new border
is to layer cardboard & newspaper over the selected area then cover with 4 inches of compost and then 4 inches of mulch. My question is will cats and foxes dig in this 'border' if I leave it for a month or so? I don't want it scattered around the garden by Sue6

heloo every one
everything stage so I know what to off, what to keep or resite etc but I'm also keen to keep it as wildlife friendly as possible. We have squirrels, badgers, foxes, rabbits and a menagerie of birds every day so its going to be fun trying to find the balance by gail collins
