Does anybody know where I can buy old fashioned fruit trees that will grow to the size I remember when I was young. Our cherry trees must have been at least 30foot tall and were an amazing site in the spring. All I can find are the dwarf or semi by Jean Willis

Drowning fruit tree
I am in the process of planting up a new garden from scratch and we planted half a dozen young fruit trees last autumn. We garden on heavy clay which has resulted in parts of the garden resembling a pond on many occasions this year. One of the trees by frensclan

I am undecided wether to plant a fruit tree in my back garden, can anyone tell me some heavy croping fruit trees that don't take up too much space? Also how do you grow a successful fruit tree? (I am 14 years old and keen to learn, so any advice by Martyn2
