Fruit trees - damaged by frost
Er - what was your question? Frost damage will heal itself, you need do nothing. If you lost fruit as a result, there's nothing you can do other than wait for next spring. Sorry, don't know where my question went! And no, it's not about lost fruit by Gemma2

Planting Passion Fruit Outside
Hi, I am thinking about planting my passion fruit outdoors now as it is about 5 feet tall. I have put it outside in the pot during the day for a week. My question is, after I replant, should I cover it from the sun or will it be okay with direct by NewbieGardener

Victoria Plumb - query over fruit
I have a 3 year old Victoria Plumb in a large pot on my patio, it is producing fruit, but some look normal and others look strange shaped - is there a reason for this, and do i need to thin out the fruit that is appearing? Thank you for your help by tony williams2

I shudder whenever I see fruit trees for sale in a supermarket! Stacked up in their plastic bags next to the fruit and veg. It would be interesting to hear if anyone has had much success buying from a supermarket? i have just recieved a family by ucka lodge

. They should both stay true to type. My experience is as a consumer not a grower. I buy fruit from what's left of the small orchards in this area. The plums and gages are always true to type in spite of growing several different varieties.  If the cross by Berol

Passion Fruit Problems!

Fruit Hedge for Exposed Site
Hi - we have a very exposed small garden with a frequent, strong south west wind. (It blew a secured 10ft trampoline 2 fields away last winter!!). We'd like to plant a new hedge and favour some fruit bushes. My preference would be for blackcurrant by MrsHedgehog344

Fruit cages - DIY options?
they start to ripen. Looking at the ready-made fruit cages they all seem very expensive, especially for the size of plot we have. Can anyone give advice on making our own? Is it cheaper overall do you think? What sort of netting is best? And are canes by green fingered finch
