Quick Growing Hedge/Conifers?
Can someone advise what I should plant along a chain link fence to provide some privacy to a garden. The house next door has now been renovated so we will be having neighbours move in so wanted to create a barrier bewteen our gardens. I was thinking by Cleo38

New veg grower and advice needed pls
is in a south facing garden and gets plenty of sunlight, however I have has the fleece on for a while. I have only watered occasionally as we have had it quite wet up here in the north and the soil has never really dried out. I am loving every minute by Bettyslad

courgette seedlings
(grown from seed) growing extremelywell in well rotted garden compost - around 8" deep, along with squash and pumkin plants grown from seed. The peas and beans are wonderful - pods on peas and flowers on beans - runner and French. Growing outdoor by H7

New shed - any tips?
place, & not green paint................ a good padlock and grid bar for the window. If you're going to keep the bird food in the make sure it's mouse proof. Last winter 2 folded garden seats, the shade netting for the greenhouse and a tarpaulin were by obelixx

Good Luck Allotment-Web.org vineweevels are  a problem too for the plant having to pick them all the time.   Well, that is a surprise.  I have never seen a vine weevil adult on our Rapsberry canes in 18 years here and the garden is full of the little by matmats123

the other night i was out in my back garden talking over the fence to my neighbour,and there was about 2 or 3 flying over our heads,they were that low we could see through there wings and even witnessed 1 of them catching a moth in its mouth by nashonii@gmail.com
