Moving exsting Greenhouse

your own. Personally I stick to using shop bought compost for seeds and use garden compost as a soil conditioner. Most of the DIY barns and garden centres will have 3 for 2 or 3 for £10 deals to help keep costs down Sounds like to much agro, I'll stick by Brumbull

Raised bed depth
, thinking of using compost from my local DIY store. Plus should i include some manure, being a novice would appriciate some advice. In my calculation you will need 12 cubic feet of a mixture of compost, quality topsoil (screened), and garden manure for each by bennett418

Secateurs.....bin them or sharpen them
for sharpening secateurs -check on-line or at DIY store Most small hardware shops will have a sharpening service or will send them way to be sharpened-it just depends on cost if it worth having it done Definitely sharpen them.  You can buy a sharpening steel by vicky moxham

everytime you want to plant a new plant, dig the hole and fill that with compost. I have just dug up some lawn for a flower bed and i garden on clay First you need to dig it over thouroughly. You make atrench and then dig the next row into the ttrench and so by Susan O'Meara

Greenhouse
reflective layer beneath the bubble wrap layer- the sort of material found in DIY stores to fit behind radiators to reflect the heat back into the room. I remove the bubble wrap, to increase the light levels, in March, but leave the reflecting stuff in place by bunnysgarden

Where to start?

Making a cold frame and where to buy a manger.
