can someone please help! I have a large container which i use as my herb garden, but have recently noticed worm like creatures poking out of the soil.  I thought at first one was an old coil spring from a pen,sort of browny in colour,  long by mimms

Garden Pest?
Having moved from the countryside to a house with a very overgrown garden in the city, I have found black jumping insects living in the soil in my greenhouse and under pots outside.  They look like shrimps or fleas and are about 5mm long by Alison Tamlyn

Wot? No berberis sawfly?I await, with great anticipation, to see what effect the mild winter will have on all these 'pests'. I am very shocked to see that Gnats (fungus flies) has not made it on to the top ten. Once you have these they are a pain by Richard Jones

lily beetle
is that everything in my garden is being eaten! Can it be the lily beatle? I cant see any other pests? Hello,are the plants covered in round holes?Thats a typical sign of lily beetle.I had them more than ever last year,and they squeak when you squash them so i feel by sal3

What is this....

how to deal with the apple tree pests?
I growed several apple trees in my garden, but apple tree pests makes me upset...is there a way to deal with the apple tree pests? Many thanks if its aphids then a light soapy spray on the leaves or even rub them off will help, i found that the year by Amy0824
