How can I get rid of wire worm?
I moved into my house a year ago and the garden has not been touched for over 25 years. I have cleared the weeds and ground of rubbish and started digging it all over. I planted all the veg I usually do and lost everything. I have wire worm by Sam Glendinning

Himalayan Balsam
likely that the seeds would be catapulted onto neighbour's gardens, thus giving them the problem of keeping it under control as well. I thought Himalyan Balsam was an absolute pest and teams of people pull it out of river bank as it's so invasive by Paul N

Yes, you are correct after first frost it should kill most of the pests outdoors, or make then go into hibernating. -Brian I found a red lily beetle yesterday while turning over some soil - seems not all the pests are being killed off. My astrantia by kaycurtis

What to plant around vegetablble patch?
and butterflies or do any plants help keep pests away or encourage wild life to eat the pests? All plant/ flower suggestions are welcome, thank you x I always grow marigolds in the garden and on my veggie plot - lovely to look at and they help to keep pests away by Tina_i_am

How do I get rid of earwigs?
makes a dent in them. Does anyone have any other tips before I try to obtain some Agent Orange? You have to find out where they are hiding in the day-they like dark places-so that is my only suggestion As with all pests with legs what you do in your by JD BATH

japanese beetle
