Help needed identifying pest on tree
Dear all, I'm a novice gardnener. Just got my first garden about a year ago. I've managed to rescue it from being a rubbish tip but am now having trouble with various pests - mostly slugs and snails devouring the lupins and delphiniums. However by Richard Stack

Stunted Rose
pruned and fed along with other roses in my garden.  It refuses to put on any leaves apart from a few at the top of each of it's four branches, and it has formed one bud. I can't find any pests apart from a touch of black spot which was treated by lilly3

Soil and tulips
I love tulips and have bought some ready to plant soon; I have always grown them in pots (my garden is small and full!) and because I don't want the bother and expense of buying more compost or using my own small amount, can anyone think of a reason by Mahwah

Is this Pea Weevil?
the edges leaving a notched appearance to the leaves. A bit of Googling and the damage is identical to that done by Pea Weevil. But isn't it a bit early for these pests to be out doing their stuff? - most articles refer to them being a problem from early by Topbird

Sick Heucherella
I bought a Heucherella about 8 weeks ago from a garden centre, not only because it looked nice, but because it is famed to be generally disease and pest free. A few leaves were brown at the base on purchase, but this can be normal with potted plants by Pebble Garden

Astilbes, astrantias, acteas, agastaches......all the "a's" I realise....... Seem not to be damaged by slugs or snails. I find eryngiums too to be resistant as well as liriopes & libertias. What plants do others feel are resistant to these pests by christopher2

Dahlias
Hi all.  I have a dilemma on my hands.  My dahlias are being savaged by a mysterious pest. It is not slugs, I've checked for caterpillars and cannot find any, does anyone know what it could be?  Holes are being left in the leaves, some even savaged by mdw84
