Pot bound house plant
. Thanks I have always found that spring is a perfect time to sort out houseplants.  Just as they need a bit more watering and feeding in spring, it is the time to re-pot as necessary.  With three plants now a bit overcrowded in their pot, I would leave by Lynda 5

What about a seperate section for absolute beginers.

's a fool proof defence against cats who roll and sleep in catmint besides eating and generally worshiping it - put a wire hanging basket shell over the young plant. By the time it has grown through the wire, it can sustain cats' attacks. We had a plant by Ruth Varley

A beautiful rose that will not flower
is good for foliage houseplants, but flowering plants need a bit more potash - I'd use a very small amount of a proprietory rose fertiliser. Can't grow roses here well at all.....Cornwall is generally a poor area for roses so I'm envious of those wo can by Woolfold

houseplant!I also liked to watch the plants grow, and watching the buds form and then open was amazing. I am still in awe of mother nature. I also enjoy the wildlife. Before, if I encountered a bee, though I wouldn't have flapped around, I didn't like them by Lainey
