KILLING IVY
Would mulch or some kind of covering eradicate ivy? We have a well established section that covers the whole bed & the roots are impossible to remove! Use a glyphosate spray or gel-like Roundup-but you might have to repeat the treatment a couple by Dahlia2

it called than. One of the snowberries, symphoricarpos. If you can't get it dug out I'd cut it back, and inject some Rootout  into the stumps. Or you could let the regrowth go on for a bit and glyphosate it. It won't give up too easily. by Margaretta

clearing a new plot
-or use a glyphosate weed killer like Roundup. Glyphosate, then when it's died back, try and get out as much of the roots as you can.  Same thing over and over again when it comes back, it will get the message eventually and not come back. Remember to give by diggers2
