Cistus Snowfire
or is it just falling apart because it's not going to 'go'?  I've never seen a young Cistus before and had expected some indication of growth since it's been in the ground for a month - or is this the norm? Sorry so many questions.  Just unsure whether it should by yarrow2

wonderful just not on my lawn x Dandelions are a magnificent gold along the verges, up here in Scotland. At least just one root, if among precious plants, not a menace like the ground elder. I must agree too! Since I do the same, pick off faded flowers so by bushybushkins

Weeds in my compost

Cats
been contaminated? I have 2 elderly cats and they also take to going to the toilet in my veggie patch. I have tried all the cats sprays on the market but they don't work. I, like dg43, am worried about the health effects. For the moment I have covered by dg43

lot of places still to visit! I have just moved into a house with a lovely (if a little overgrown) small, established garden that has several healthy trees in it - I don't think there is enough space for anymore trees to be planted in the ground by Jude
