Pot Grown Potatoes
, salad leaves, aubergines, tomatoes, courgettes in pots..the only thing i would say is when growing any root veg in pots make sure the pots are deethis is my 1st year at planting vegp enough or you will end with with stubby veg....this is my 1st year by alisondicky

Teasel
My teasel, newly planted and enjoyed last year has lots of tiny plants growing from the seed heads. Are these likely to be viable new teasel plants? If not pulled out and checked, you will have them take over, they grow anywhere and everwhere! I by Stacey Watt

Is it blight
The bottoms of my potato hulms have leaves with black patches ansome of gone yellow, the tops of the plants are still in flower and look pretty healthy is this blight and should I cut the hulms off? I don't grow potatoes anymore because by stapler

in it and last year had cucumbers, aubergines, chillis and capsicum peppers coming out of my ears (not literally)! We had out greenhouse put up last year so intend to use it well this year at the moment all the seeds are planted and growing, have had part by Paul Eke

What's it like in your garden?
and now waiting to go out, toms are looking fab, chilli's look good but sweet peppers and  aubergines are painfully slow. I'm a novice with flowers and find them alot harder to grow from seed than veg. Cornflower sown in October last year survived by Wintersong

toms & peppers (in a propagator) relatively late, i.e. mid-April, then housing them in the greenhouse till the end of May (I grow lots for a village plant sale). BUT this year, they've not grown strongly and are so TINY, I may only be able to charge 25p by oldchippy
