Need an all rounder organic solution to pests
Hello I have several herbs, rocket, basil, mint and they all seem to be affected by rust (but I am a novice so could be wrong). I want to keep them alive in a organic way as I use them for cooking. My additional complication is that I live in China by JOHN KENNY2

What veg to grow in my partially shaded greenhouse?
well and of course it is great for growing seeds in until they are ready to go into the vegetable beds.  However, there must be other things I could use it for in the prime growing season.  Does anyone have any good ideas?  I would love to fill it full by Squeaky73

Difference between garden centre and grocery store herbs
difference I thought that the ones in the shops had been forced somehow and that is why you have to treat them differently to ones in the GC.  If you buy basil from a supermarket you can get 20 plants in one pot and they need less water than a single plant by Kitty Jingga

how they fertilise - you need to check this! Did I say basil - one plant wouldn't go very far, lol, I meant bay! You can grow basil from seed now in your greenhouse - goes well with toms. You should also get a sage plant. NB Only one. The woody herbs by Wes

Toms in the cold GH
My toms and basil havebeen in the cold GH for a couple of weeks now. I'm not expecting a frost in the next few days but how low a temperature can they deal with without being set back? They're still small enough to be brought into the kitchen. Maybe by nutcutlet
