Wedding flowers for September
maybe oranges and yellows would be suitable for the month. Have you got any idea of plugs to grow. Thank you for your ideas. I think Sarah Raven has Dahlias on sale this weekend. Chrysanthemums is a possibility,dahlias definitely,sweet peas. by Pricey

blousy Dahlia's that need staking, I have tried to, but I think these should only be grown on allotments by grumpy old men in cloth caps(Ha Ha). You have to be a dedicated gardener to grow Dahlia's and be prepared to dig them up every winter after by Gardenbabe

can you save seeds from cut flowers?
and them dry them out - not even sure if this would work, can seeds be collected from cut flowers, there are some nice chrysanthemums and some others flowers. Can anyone help me please? cant see why not,I have done cuttings and roses I have had a go by Gardengirl..

can you have too much night
plants. There are exceptional plants, such as poinsettias and chrysanthemums, where the amount of day / night has to be carefully controlled (periods of short days followed by periods of long days or vice versa - can't remember which).  I'm on the Island by natures grafter

Jewell garden - suggestions
Pick your collective garden brains here. I have a jewell border, based loosely on one that was at Chelsea a few years ago. (Not MD)  Through my Carex bronzita jewell coloured plants grow up.   I have peone 'Buckeye bell'. Salvia nemerosa carradonna by Matty2

Cut Flowers for September Wedding Bouquet?
to mind-that are fairly easy to grow and should be in flower in September-Dahlias and Chrysanthemums-come in a variety of colours and forms-not too difficult ?   ooh yes I really like both dahlias and Chrysanth's. I had a go at growing dahlias last year by Rachel Helen
