over wintering a Tree fuchsia Pattie Sue
I bought a small tree fuchsia called Pattie Sue this year and has grown lovely. It is a shame to let it die over the winter and so I wonder if I can keep it alive for it to flourish next year. I don't have a green house but I have a conservatory by shimmy2010

Bought 2 more fuchsias today
Red Spider and Dorothy Hanly so now got 8 new fuchsias. I have just taken cuttings from four I bought a month ago (Dark Eyes, Claudia, Genii, Annabel).  They are great value plants, some for pots, others for dot plants in the border.  I should like by scotkat

Reviving dried bedding, lost instructions
success but some of them are reviving Interesting idea, Kate. I'll be curious to see how well they grow, i.e., whether the dessication has any permanent effects. I must admit, I didn't believe that it would work at all when you mentioned it, so I by kate1123

what to plant
? I have various clumps of Alliums that have wandered about themselves. They are growing through clumps of Monarda, a Hardy Fuchsia, Geums, Dlephiniums and Echinacea, so when they begin to look tatty I snip them off just above the other plant. Thanks by Aliesh

Fuchcias - to cut back or not to cut back?
?  Or should I leave them to keep happily growing?  Didn't know if I trimmed them up whether it will promote better growth for this season. Many thanks for any help given. Yes, you can take them back to produce a bushier plant. If you don't want to knock them by Sim2
