Fuschia advice
advice on growing such young plants, also with the pop-up plastic greenhouse should the door be closed all the time, or when should I open it and for how long. Thanks for any help you can give, please keep in mind I have basic gardening skills. Kevin by 10

How cold is too cold for seedlings?
and really should be outside now on my balcony (south facing in London).  My question is, as it has been very nippy of late, is it still too cold to put them outside? Now that they are developed and growing nicely, are they hard enough to weather the weather by madoldbat

Plants or flowers from seed
about fuschias? I don't mind just some colour as I walk through. I do grow cosmos so as you've mentioned them I'm thinking those with busy lizzies , I like the idea of begonias too and love violas . I haven't had much luck with fuchsia in the past maybe by bunnysgarden

Shaded Border
some brighter summer colour along this fence.   I would like low growing stuff as it also borders a path.    I am quite fond of fuchsia, and wondered about the hardy dwarf shrubs.  Any advice and any ideas please would be welcome. Fuschia will do well by Novice23

Standard Fuschia
Hi I am new to the forums, so I apologise in advance if this topic has been raised before. I would like to grow a standard fuschia having only grown trailers before. Is it possible to grow a standard from a trailing variety?   Cheers   jayne Hello by Jayne Wilkes2

, especially as we're talking a small amount in the air rather than on the roots or leaves of the plants. Here's another suggestion, Fuchsia Thalia.   Hoyas are lovely and can grow to be pretty large My first thought is 'what are the light levels like?'.  If it by anitaswalwell
