Rust/falling over
We have had to dig up all our garlic today at our allotment due to rust on the leaves. They were a mixed bunch really of various sizes. Disappointing but, judging from other people's experiences it looks like it's the climate change doing by Ady&CaroleAnn

Bluebells, Bluebells!!!

nettles as a base for an infusion holds the caterpillors at bay god knows in a use for them i live near seville in spain where nettles grow real big so a use for them would be great garlic was also mentioned my garlic beds are great so any ideas would by j.simpson

What DO they put in bags of mixed birdseed?!

Clematis
/fence? A shed May be too dry in that case-keep moist and apply a thick mulch-that should help.   if you grow nasturtiums next to the clematis ,the black fly should go to them instead,also try  a garlic spray. by Caz8

Who ate all the carrots?
Hello, I'm new to growing veg and I planted out some Early Nants, but they have all gone. I suspect some thing has eaten them, do you think it most likely pigeons (or magpies)? I've seen one sitting on the GH and we have loads of magpies. I hadn by Tina_i_am

chickens and slug pellets
growing. I do feed slugs to the girls its very satisfying. Thanks for any advice Mmm. I use pellets and they work great on stopping slugs eating my plants. From what I have read the side effects of birds and animals eating poisoned slugs is negligible by chicken!
