Hello folks, may I ask what else other than tomatoes and cucumbers is good to grow in a greenhouse? It's my first year as a proud owner of one. Can I grow onions and garlic in them? Thanking you for any tips! You can grow your onions and garlic by Tootles

one with pink flowers succumbed to the frost. Garlic and rosemary just transform roast potatoes. Thyme likes to grow in crazy paving and sage bushes always look good as well as going well with onions in stuffing. I have a lovely plant of Lady's Smock by Margaret

Talkback: Blackfly on broad beans
wonder if wasps also eat the blackfly as our beans are clean this year but we have 2 wasp nests one in a concrete bird box & one in an old dovecote. If I am to continue growing Vegs I must get a way of controlling SLUGS. Would it help if I grew a lot by hereisabee

Talkback: Slugs and snails
when they are ready. Bit of Garlic Butter and ooh la la! Delicious. The problem with beer traps etc is that I've found other beasties in the mix - I only want rid of slugs and snails. My husband had some old copper pipe that I placed next to some snails by ginjosie
