Belfast sink.
. what about using it for herbs with it being so close to the house I use mine for herbs, it means I've always got thyme, chives, marjoram and parsely close to hand when I need them in  hurry. Obviously only small amounts, if I need bigger quantities I by jean riley

Daughter 's wedding
to transport them from Cumbria to Sussex. Thanks in advance for any help. Your best bet would be small terracotta pots of herbs, you would be able to pick these up very economically the week before the wedding and they would travel quite happily. They would by bennie

Where do I get peppermint?

That's great, that means I can nick some from the local park. I love mint, so being able to grow some for free will be wonderful!How quickly do you have to get them in the soil, once cut? I am hoping to grow a lot of herbs this year so any tips by luke

Where can I buy seeds or plants ? I have seven already , must get the other three: angelica , caraway and fennel. I'm including a herb garden into my new plot and will take this info onboard. Don't think I'll grow the nettles deliberately by catwoman1

Growing parsley and basil
would just cut of as much as you need and it should keep growing I wish my herb seeds I planted 3 /4 weeks ago looked as good. Very slow to get started. I sowed a few seeds in each module, but lots haven't showed yet. I was hoping to donate some by Mizzli

Sickly smelling plant

Hi now we have the allottment ready for next year as this is our first time at allottmenteering,  can anyone recomend what flowers we can grow at each end of the raised veg beds , i know some flowers like marrygolde help keeping unwanted stuff away by 4711

Is this Pea Weevil?
of garden soil and lots of spent mushroom compost. Salad crops and herbs were growing in the bed last year. Peas were raised in a similar bed (3m away)  last year without problem. Thanks for any suggestions. Possibly vine weevils  Go out there with a torch by Topbird
