My spinach in pots has two long leaves each at the moment. Any tips for what to do next? I have bought a organic grow bag and I have cut x holes in the top and planted lettuce and herbs. I have tomatoe plants waiting to go in when the weather by chutneyhunter

I give up!
I've got a big, L-shaped, 80cm deep raised bed I built two years ago in my small back yard, specially to grow vegetables.  It has a 2-storey house to the south, and walls all round, so in winter it gets no sun, but in summer is a suntrap, so I also by francesmhendry

What should I feed?
New to growing veg, I'm confused about what needs feeding and what to feed  with, I'd like to be 'organic'  I have a couple of courgettes, tumbling tomatoes,potatoes,cucumbers and if they grow minature beans. Thanks I am relatively new to growing by AJB

Where are my vegetables?
the top to deter slugs, and plant yourself some lettuce, radish, carrots, anything else you like to eat salad-wise, pop some seeds in and put it by the back door (if there's room and it's sunny enough).  Quick crops will keep you going until some by Diane Horsley

50cms Hi Cat poo is unpleasant for us but won't hurt the soil, there's always something sh...ing in the garden, that's nature. Weeds need digging out if they're invasive perennials or digging in otherwise.  What are you going to grow? Hmm well I by VirginGardener

what to intercrop with squash?
and there will definitely be no bare soil and you probably won't even be able to make out where the edge of the bed is! Do you like radishes? They might be fast enough I used the '3 sisters' method a few times and it worked well, but decided not to grow sweetcorn this year by General Disarray
