Onions from seed problems

Red Onions - Buds Forming
the buds as soon as I see them developing - onions still growing well Hi Angie, So far I have removed a single bud from 11 plants. I hope that that will be it, but with the current weather, I fear the rest are at risk. by Bob177

spring onions
patch so what am I doing wrong? I grow mine in a window box outside in a sunny spot. Use bought compost and redspring onion seed. Just keep thinning out and using for ages. Has never failed me! Well, we have been trying to grow Spring onions for over by salisbury sister

Planting Onion Sets
round the problem of birds pulling them out of the ground. Welsh onion. I grow fairly,good onions. Used to give high nitrogen feed up to mid summer then potash etc after that. Is this how you grow them for size and taste? I would like to grow bigger by David White

onions
hi, i overwintered onions on my allotment, i was wondering if i should  give them a perk up by feeding them .i,m growing them under large cloches,as for the past 2 years the wind has wrecked them!! How cold is it where you are? I would feed them by iain jamieson

what's people in the north west growing at the moment.
to this and growing in pots but i have potaoes(just showing), 2 types of onions(some at 4 "), garlic, carrots (about 1 inch shoots), peppers( indoors), tomatoes ( indoors) and my chillies which are flowering lots which were planted last sept. im hoping last weeks by Drlloyd

What is this....
