Hi all, I've grown my parsley and basil from seeds (the whole pack of seeds) and they are growing well from the looks of it! Do you think it looks overgrown? I want to avoid my rocket situation where it ended up wilting then dying. I wish by Mizzli

Purple flowering Cow Parsley?
Could anyone assist with locating a variety of cow parsley that has purple flowers? The only one of which I know is Anthriscus sylvestris 'Ravenswing' There is certainly a cow parsley relative which has pink flowers and is called Pimpinela by steven3

Talkback: Cow parsley
://ryans-garden.blogspot.com) Just a word of warning - if you're growing carrots, get rid of the cow parsley - as far as I know it attracts the blighters. Hurrah - when I saw you'd posted on this, I immediately thought 'Cow Mumble', so it's great to see you've linked to HM's post by HappyMouffetard

Another plant ID
Saw this growing in a meadow in Scotland, it had a beautiful scent, anyone know what it is?   It's meadowsweet (filipendula ulmaria), which grows in damp meadows and on rural roadsides. I agree, a lovely scent. Oh, I didn't think it was Meadowsweet by Gracie5

herbs
, trying to reach the light. Then what do you do with them if it's still too cold for an unheated greenhouse? It depends what you are looking to grow herb wise. Is it traditional herbs like Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley etc or more of your uncommon ones? by Marg48
