Mistletoe in peach tree
I have a peach tree growing in a pot outdoors ang growing in it there is a big bunch of mistletoe.The tree is 6' 6" high and is growing in an 18" square pot. In size the mistletoe bunch is about one third of the total mass of peach branches. I would by Mike-C

I have vowed only to grow early potatoes anf harvest them before the dreaded blight, and only Gardeners; Delight or similar tomatoes and yellow varieties which were the only ones that escaped the blight. I too will be growing my veg, plants indoors by happymarion

well at that price...very wellA few points.Peaches do well in potsThey suffer in spring fom a disease that affects the leaves...peach leaf curl. If you can cover it or grow in a greenhouse at this time you will avoid this problem. One reason to grow by Loz46

Nectarine
My nectarine growing in a pot has had a great deal of flowers but I noticed now some leaves are twisted and tinged red. Could this be a pest of some sort?  Morning CLER Its a disease called peach leaf curl....nectarines same family.  It's caused by CLER

Poppy's mum. Expert i am not !     But i understand that Peach leaf curl is caused by a virus ? spread very early in the year by cold wet rain !?   I've planted & lost grafted standard plants (good that you had fruit !) I left them & are now growing back by daffodiljj

shall give her some of my well-grown sweet corn plants and any surplus produce she is not growing herself. Self-sufficiency is not quite that. Co-operation is needed and lots of friends! I have a dwarf peach tree & a dwarf nectarine tree which I grow by happymarion

Ok, so I'm growing a peach tree in a fan against the south facing back of my greenhouse. (It is butted up against my summer house) It has lots of blossom, and is currently outside my bubblewrap 'tent', which I made to keep things that needed by BrummieBen
